Camp Lenox is hiring a few final staff members for Summer 2026. This is a last-minute paid summer coaching job for college athletes, NCAA athletes, student-athletes, recent graduates, coaches, and competitive leaders who are available soon and want a meaningful summer role working with kids.

Compensation is $2,300–$2,600 depending on role and experience, with housing, meals, laundry, and travel support included. While you are at camp, your major living expenses are covered.

Camp Lenox is a premier traditional sleepaway camp in the Berkshires of Massachusetts. Staff members live on campus, coach sports, lead activities, supervise campers, support cabin life, and serve as positive role models for campers ages 7–16.

No prior camp experience is required — we will train the right people.

Open roles may include sports coaching, athletics, camp counselor positions, cabin counselor/coaching roles, waterfront, ropes course, climbing, outdoor adventure, and activity leadership.

We are especially interested in candidates with experience in basketball, baseball, soccer, tennis, volleyball, football, swimming, waterfront, waterski/wakeboard, ropes/climbing, fitness, wrestling, general athletics, and coaching.

This position is ideal for someone who: • Played college, varsity, club, or competitive sports • Enjoys coaching, teaching, mentoring kids, or working with children • Is responsible, athletic, confident, and team-oriented • Wants leadership experience and résumé-building professional development • Is available soon for a full summer experience

This is more than a basic summer job. You will coach, lead, build confidence in kids, make close friends, and spend the summer outdoors in a competitive, active camp environment.
