AFC Lightning seeks a full time Boys Academy Director of Coaching to lead and direct coaching staff for all of our U9 through U12 boys' teams. The Boys Academy Director will work closely with the Executive Director to implement and reinforce our Academy philosophy in training and on game day. The Boys Academy Director will be in charge of all age groups, U9 - U12, and be responsible for creating training plans, selecting weekend rosters, and selecting tournaments for these age groups to participate in. The teams within each age group train 3 times a week and typically have 1-2 games per weekend, including a few tournament weekends in both the fall and spring seasons. Responsibilities: Lead Coach of 2 age groups (U9, U10, U11, or U12).
