Boys Director, ECNL Boys Director (U13–U19)
Position Overview Santa Rosa United Soccer Club (SRU) is seeking a Boys Director, ECNL Boys Director to provide leadership, coordination, and technical oversight for all boys teams competing in the U13–U19 age groups. This role serves as the primary programmatic and technical leader for the boys' 11v11 pathway, ensuring consistent player development standards, strong coaching support, alignment with competitive standards, and professional communication with families. The Boys Director works in close collaboration with the Executive Director and broader leadership team to deliver a high-quality experience across ECNL and non-ECNL boys programming.
