We are looking for an elite level coach, who holds a minimum of a USSF Youth B license (or higher), has at least 5 years of coaching experience at a nationally recognized club, and has a track record of outstanding player development.

RISE is a founding member of the MLS Next league and the Girls Academy, we also compete in the Boys ECNL and ECNL-RL leagues.

Player Development Staff:  
Full Time 

Requirements:
USSF B Youth License (minimum). Excellent communication and computer skills are required (we will test).

General Job Description:
The role primarily requires coaching evenings Monday through Thursday and on weekends plus some Club management tasks that can be completed during the day. This position is in our Advanced program

Compensation:
Pay is based on your work experience, player development history, license level, and references.
