POSITION VISION:
This position is responsible for managing, developing, and delivering the ECNL Girls Program as part of the Rapids Elite Program. The role is pivotal to further the development of our youth club talent as we work to provide a complete pathway for our female players and members from grassroots to college. This position operates in a high-performance environment built on player development and club-wide consistency.

JOB FUNCTIONS
ARCHITECT:
- Utilize the CRYSC belief system (Player Development Plan, Game Model, and Methodology) to guide the development of female players in the Rapids Elite pathway;
- Develop a strategic approach to maximizing the club resources to elevate the Elite Girls
- Program to new high-performance levels;
- Support the utilization of the club belief system to evaluate players, coaches, and ancillary staff continually;
- Support and implement the Player Development Plan (PDP) and coordinate with the Region Technical Director (RTD) for any unique needs of the ECNL Girls Program;
- Lead and support the implementation of a player recruitment plan;
- Lead a cohesive and efficient girls' ECNL coaching and support services staff in the coordinated delivery of their job functions by creating a positive working environment for all key stakeholders;
- Lead efficient and effective meetings that meet both operational and technical needs; Collaborate with Elite RTD and Chief Technical Director on the delivery of coach education;
- Assist in the development and implementation of any education sessions as presented by the CRYSC staff;
- Serve as a key leader in creating a collaborative culture within the Elite program staff and coaches that results in player-centered environments;
ALIGN
- Deliver on the mission and objectives of the Elite Girl’s pathway to produce the nation’s top players and teams through an unmatched experience locally and nationally;
- Collaborate with all Elite Staff (RTD, Elite Boys Director, Pre-Elite Director and Elite Futsal Director) to coordinate the allocation of resources, facilities, and fields in the implementation of the ECNL Girls programs;
- Collaborate with the ECNL Boys Director and other Elite staff to create consistency, where applicable, across programs;
- Support the Pre-Elite Director in the 11U-12U age groups, including player placement, coaching education, etc;
- Support and collaborate with all Rapids Elite programs and directors across all regions to ensure a connection in the belief system, player development, player placement, and player pathway;
- Support the implementation of the Individual Player Development Plans (IDP) with measurements of success for players and coaches in the ECNL Girls program;
- Support the implementation of holistic club philosophy, curriculum, and methodology understanding;
- Support the implementation of parent engagement and player education sessions for the ECNL Girls program;
- Support the development of ECNL Girls program coaches by implementing the club’s coach evaluation process, including an IDP, written assessments, reflection interviews, feedback, specific recommendations for further development, and follow-up;
- Support the development of a yearly planning calendar that includes in-season and off-season training, games schedules, showcase events, tryouts/kickarounds, camps, and any other special programming;
- Work closely with Elite Administrators to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of all ECNL Girls programs;
- Work closely with the College Placement Program Director to assist with the college entrance, recruitment, and scholarship process;

- With the support of RTD, identify, hire, develop, and manage the Elite Girls’ Program coaching staff;
- Develop a yearly workflow calendar of communication for parents, coaches, and players;

- Be a partner in the planning, delivery, and execution of Elite Rapids Camps (excluding Futsal) throughout the year
- Champion all club and Elite Program policies by ensuring best practices in areas such as safeguarding player health and safety;

- Be visible to all internal and external stakeholders and support key staff when liaising with parents at critical moments;
- Live the club values and champion the culture to help deliver the ECNL Girls program strategic plan and the vision of the Elite Program and the Club;

Degree-level education in Coaching or related Discipline
A minimum of 5 years of experience working with Elite youth athletes across multiple ages and stages of development
Specific experience working within an elite girl's development environment (ECNL) is preferable
Experience in leading a program with various roles and responsibilities
Project Management experience is preferable
Management of full-time staff is preferable
USSF “B” License or Equivalent Industry Qualification
Experience in working in a multi-disciplinary team working to support player development
