Women's Head Soccer Coach
Hardin-Simmons, an NCAA Division III institution and member of the American Southwest Conference (ASC) is seeking a highly motivated individual for the full-time, 12-month position of Head Women’s Soccer Coach. Applicants should possess a strong coaching background with demonstrated success as a coach and as a recruiter. The individual will be responsible for the overall operation of the women’s soccer program under the supervision of the director of athletics. Soccer responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the administration, management, and promotion of all aspects of a successful Division III athletic program including recruiting, scheduling, securing travel arrangements, managing operational budget, public relations, fundraising, and compliance with NCAA and ASC rules.
