Overview Columbus Crew is searching for an energetic and passionate individual for an Academy Head Coach full time role. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a Columbus Crew Academy team under the guidance of the Academy Director and they will work together on the development of academy players within the Crew pathway. This means they will drive the development of professional players according to the Columbus Crew methodology, style of play and player first culture. Within this role, the individual should be prepared to create and execute training sessions at a professional level, work with athlete database technology and platforms, believe in athlete mentors
