This position is responsible for the maintenance of all fields, instruction of how to operate sport equipment safely and efficiently, recruitment of team players, and attendance of all games and practices. Reports to: Director of Athletics Supervises: Essential Job Functions Duties include: 1.Instruct student athletes about skills and execution needed to perform the sport of soccer competitively, safely, and effectively. 2.Recruit team members by understanding the productivity of a balanced team, knowing how to recognize athletic ability, and attracting good players to this university. 3.Maintain all supplies and equipment, prepare and clean the field before and after games. 4.Attend all games and practices scheduled. 5.Provide support and advice to the assistant coac
