HCYSC is looking for a Trainer with a USSF “D” license or above to focus on training development with our U11 through U18 competitive teams.  We are looking for someone with a strong background in youth soccer, to include 4 years coaching experience and the desire to teach young players.

The Club Trainer’s primary responsibility is ensuring that the players are being trained and coached using the proper methodology.  One must utilize curriculum and training methodology accepted by South Texas Youth Soccer Association & U.S. Soccer as a foundation for player development.  The Trainer will also be responsible for training four weeks prior to the season start date through the last game of each season.  Fall is a 10-week season and Spring is a 6-week season, thus a total of 24 weeks each year.

 Opportunities may arise for the Trainer to assist the club with offering additional clinics, camps or skills sessions which would be outside the scope of this job description.

Hardin County Youth Soccer Club (HCYSC), a 501 (C) (3) non-profit organization based in Southeast Texas, is accepting applications for a Club Trainer position. HCYSC is a club currently providing Competitive and Recreational levels of play for boys and girls ages 4-18. HCYSC is looking to grow its programs and increase player development. HCYSC has been promoting the game of soccer in Hardin County for over 40 years. Our fields are located within the Veterans Memorial Park complex in Lumberton, Texas.
