JOB SUMMARY   FCD Youth, LLC is the youth-focused affiliate of Major League Soccer’s FC Dallas franchise and offers robust programs  for boys and girls from six to 19 years old across a variety of the top national youth soccer platforms through “the  FCD Way”. The Senior Director of Girls Programming will oversee programming centered on our female athletes, including our Girls Academy program which competes in the ECNL platform, and assist the technical staff with the  recruitment of coaches and athletes to the club.
