OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY: LeTourneau University is seeking a discipleship driven professional to lead the Women’s Soccer program to conference and national prominence both spiritually and competitively. RESPONSIBILITIES: Discipleship Discipleship of 1 Graduate Assistant, and student athletes in the program, to facilitate spiritual growth in each employee and student athlete Teaching and modeling the value of Christian competition to the women’s soccer staff, and student athletes Counseling team members in disciplinary, academic, or personal matters while consulting with LETU administration on matters requiring resolution of problems Recruiting Identify, research, evaluate, and recruit p
