DAKOTA ALLIANCE SOCCER CLUB (DASC) Community Soccer Director (Key Responsibility Area) KRA I: Recreational Director CT I: Responsible for the successes and challenges of the DASC Recreational Program. CT II: Coordination of forming teams, assigning coaches, and creating schedules. CT III: Main contact for all volunteer recreational coaches. This includes facilitating seasonal coaching meetings and clinics as well as assisting coaches with team functions CT IV: Working with volunteer recreational coaches with the goal of every coach understanding coaching methodology, injury prevention and appropriate age training. CT V: Actively coach recreational team sessions
