Plan fun, fulfilling and educational sessions for all participants and explain the different principles and techniques of Soccer Work with other coaches and managers to ensure the smooth running of all programs’  Manage your performance environment on and off the field by communicating 1x a week via email to each team. Complete annual player evaluations for all teams
