The Richmond Kickers Youth Soccer Club is looking to hire a Director of Goalkeeping to work with U9-U18 players/teams who compete in the ECNL Regional, NPL South and ADSL competition platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and leading people toward the achievement of organizational objectives and performance goals, especially in the areas of player and coach development to achieve player, team, and club success. The Director of Goalkeeping will report directly to the Executive Director and work in collaboration with age-group specific Program Directors.
