Career Center

The Head Coach is responsible for all aspects of running a competitive NCAA program, with particular focus on the areas of recruitment and retention, on-field success, and providing a positive and enriching experience to student-athletes. The Head Coach is responsible for facilitating all training sessions, organizing team travel and meals, managing the program's operating budget, fundraising, involving the team in community service projects, and performing other responsibilities within the athletic department as assigned.
