The Head Soccer Coach is responsible for organizing and administering all phases of the soccer program, including but not limited to student-athlete skill and leadership development, the recruitment of outstanding student-athletes, practice organization, game day coaching, budget management, and scheduling and supervision of an assistant coach. Teaching in the physical education and wellness curriculum is also expected. An appreciation and understanding of the role athletics and physical education play in a rigorous academic setting is essential. The head soccer coach is expected to engage in the department’s diversity, equity and inclusion goals that further the mission of the College.
