Head Coach of Women’s Soccer Ripon College seeks a full-time head coach of women’s soccer. Bachelor degree required. Masters degree preferred. Position responsible for directing all phases of an NCAA Division III program. Duties include: recruiting of quality student-athletes; organization and planning of practices and game strategies; preparation and conditioning of athletes; supervision of assistant coaches; scheduling; budgeting; knowledge, understanding and adherence to Ripon College, Midwest Conference and NCAA rules and regulations.
