North Idaho College is looking for a Head Coach for Women’s Soccer that will lead a competitive, student-focused program that values success on the field, in the classroom, and in the community. This role oversees all aspects of the program while upholding the values and standards of the Athletic Department and complying with college and athletic governing body requirements. The head coach plays a key role in building a strong, positive team culture and maintaining a program that competes at a high level. In this role, you’ll guide every part of the women’s soccer program - from training and game preparation to scheduling, recruiting, and daily operations. You’ll coach team and individual skills, oversee conditioning, review film
