ASSISTANT WOMEN’S SOCCER COACH- FULL-TIME 

Bridgewater College, a member of the Old Dominion Athletic Conference and NCAA Division III, is seeking applications for the position of Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach, to begin immediately. This is a full-time position, reporting to the Head Women’s Soccer Coach.

RESPONSIBILITIES:    
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Assisting the head coach in all facets of a Division III women’s soccer program
•Recruiting prospective student-athletes who fit the mission and culture of the program and the College
•Assist in coaching sessions
•Developing detailed scouting reports, statistics, and video analysis breakdowns
•Responsible for program fundraising initiatives
•Assist with program marketing and branding on a multitude of platforms, including social media
•Providing mentoring and support for the student-athletes, particularly in regard to academics and player development
•Complying with all NCAA, conference and college policies and regulations
•Assist with community service initiatives
•Secondary duties assigned by the athletic department

QUALIFICATIONS: 
•Bachelor’s Degree required
•Goal keeping experience preferred
•Prior collegiate coaching experience and/or competitive collegiate playing experience required.
•Basic competency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
•Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable by the college’s auto insurance carrier
Pay is competitive, and salary is commensurate with experience. This full-time position offers a full benefits package, including paid tuition at the College for eligible dependents. ?
