The primary responsibilities of the Head Women's Soccer Coach are to direct, support, and supervise a successful intercollegiate women's soccer program, representing assistant coaches and student-athletes. The Head Coach is responsible for the culture, budget, strategic planning, fields and facilities, policies, compliance, scholarships, promotion, and leadership of the team. Must demonstrate a mature and expressive Christian faith commitment. Needs to passionately support and articulate the University mission and vision for athletics within the context of that mission.
