Indian Hills Community College is seeking a qualified candidate to assist in the leadership of the Men’s Soccer program and oversee a residence hall facility, dealing with day to day issues, working with residents to provide a safe setting and providing programming for students to experience the total college experience. The Assistant Coach/RH Supervisor will assist in the recruitment and development of student-athletes; assist in the organization of all facets of the Men’s Soccer program, including but not limited to practice and game organization, travel arrangements, recruiting, scheduling, budgeting and soccer fundraising. Further, this individual will have oversight of goal keeper training and game preparation. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for creating a reside
