POSITION SUMMARY The Assistant Coach is responsible for assisting the coach with daily practice preparation and training, on the field coaching, recruiting prospective student-athletes and scouting opponents. This position is expected to communicate and develop a rapport with student-athletes, faculty/staff and alumni. The Assistant Soccer Coach is also responsible for assisting with facilities, home game management and/or equipment room responsibilities during the academic year.   ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Assist the Head Coach with oversight of the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) soccer program, including coaching, team meetings and overall organization of the team.
