What We’re Looking For:

• USSF Coaching License (or equivalent certification) preferred but not required
• Experience coaching youth soccer (club, academy, or school programs)

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends for training and game days
• Passion for player development and fostering a love for the game
