The Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach supports the head coach in recruitment, coaching, and student athlete development. Responsibilities include assisting with practice and game plans, ensuring student safety, adhering to NCAA and university policies, managing finances, and handling equipment, scheduling, and travel. The role also involves contributing to off-season programs, communication, and fundraising efforts, while working collaboratively with the Office of Admissions to build a diverse and talented team and foster a positive environment for student-athletes.
A Bachelor’s degree and demonstrated effectiveness playing and/or coaching soccer is required.
