Our academy offers a positive and inclusive environment for players aged 9-20, focusing on both personal growth and athletic excellence.
Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Youth Soccer Academy Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in soccer coaching, a commitment to player development, and the ability to inspire young athletes.
Must be able to work most nights 4-9PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct engaging training sessions that promote skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Coach youth teams during practices and games, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Develop age-appropriate training programs that align with the academy’s philosophy and objectives.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment, encouraging participation and enjoyment of the game.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and fellow coaches regarding player development and team progress.
- Organize and participate in academy events, tournaments, and community outreach programs.

Qualifications:
- Previous coaching experience, preferably with senior and academy players
- Strong understanding of soccer fundamentals and coaching techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
- Relevant coaching certifications, if applicable (e.g., US Soccer Coaching License, United Soccer Coaches, etc.).
