The Assistant Cheer Coach will assist the Head Coach with creating and implementing the program’s operational practices, running stations, cheer camps and clinics while maintaining a high level of safety of the cheer squad through proper teaching of techniques and safety procedures in compliance with USA Cheer National Safety Standards, maintaining knowledge of gameday cheer trends to positively impact the fan experience, fundraising, and help schedule Willie appearances. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Assist the head coach in coaching, managing, and advising students in the KSA Cheer and Mascot Program by assisting with practices, running stations, conditioning and warm-ups/cool downs ensuring team follows all USA Cheer Safety rules.
