The Racing Academy is a professional youth soccer organization based in Louisville, KY providing female youth athletes ages 7-19 with a player-centered learning environment to develop their full potential and maximize their pathway to professional or collegiate soccer.  Racing Academy teams and players compete in the USL W, ECNL, ECNL RL, Pre-ECNL, KPL, and KSSL.    We are currently seeking an Assistant Director of Coaching to provide player promotion, coaching, management, and leadership for Racing Academy teams.
