Manage and administer all aspects of the Women’s Soccer Program within University, ACC and NCAA rules and regulations. Head Coaching responsibilities to include but not limited to practice/competition activities, player/skill development, recruiting, directing and implementing plans for daily practices and competitions, organizing and administering clinics, etc., mentoring student-athletes, fund-raising efforts and overall administrative tasks within the operation of the program. Must demonstrate integrity, leadership, a strong commitment and ability to motivate, teach, counsel, and recruit academically qualified students.
