Manage and administer all aspects of the Women’s Soccer Program within University, ACC and NCAA rules and regulations. Head Coaching responsibilities to include but not limited to practice/competition activities, player/skill development, recruiting, directing and implementing plans for daily practices and competitions, organizing and administering clinics, etc., mentoring student-athletes, fund-raising efforts and overall administrative tasks within the operation of the program. Must demonstrate integrity, leadership, a strong commitment and ability to motivate, teach, counsel, and recruit academically qualified students. Promote academic progress of student-athletes on and the off-field. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire through athletics.

Required Qualifications, Experience, and Competencies: Strong interpersonal communications skills; computer skills; demonstrated integrity, leadership, and a thorough knowledge of the sport are required. Knowledge of and familiarity with NCAA rules and regulations essential. Must possess a strong commitment and ability to motivate, teach, counsel, and recruit academically qualified student-athletes who are focused on both academics and athletics.
Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience: Successful intercollegiate coaching experience, preferably at the Division I level, and knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations preferred. Ability to become CPR and first aid certified.
