The St. James Football Club continues to be a leader in grassroots soccer by investing heavily in the best possible leadership team and coaches for our grassroots and pre-travel programs.  The Assistant Director of Player Development position is a crucial role within the TSJFC hierarchy.  Job duties include: Management and oversight of The St. James FC Pre-Travel program including our Rec PLUS & U8 Pre-Travel program Scheduling and staffing for all Pre-Travel programs Co-creation and implementation of Pre-Travel curriculum Lead on field coaching duties for the North (Loudoun) program Work in partnership with the South Region Assistant Director of Player Development on intra-club programming and matches for the U8 Pre-Travel Academy
