Position summary The director of boys soccer will oversee all functions related to DME academy and coach/player development. He/She must possess an ability to manage the teams, players and coaches. The boys director will be required to oversee all coaching education and assist with administrative duties assigned by school superiors. He/She will be responsible for implementation of programming that will assist in development of both program and player as well as comply and strive towards the standards set forth by school, participating leagues, US soccer and other associated partners that might apply.
