The Racing Louisville FC Youth Academy is a professional youth soccer organization located in Louisville, KY. The youth academy is directly linked with Racing Louisville FC (NWSL) and Louisville City FC (USL Championship), providing youth athletes ages 7-19 with a player-centered learning environment to develop their full potential and maximize their pathway to professional or collegiate soccer.  Racing Louisville Academy teams and players compete in the USL W, ECNL, ECNL RL, Pre-ECNL, KPL, and KSSL.    We are currently seeking an Assistant Director of Coaching to provide player promotion, coaching, management, and leadership for Racing Louisville FC Youth Academy teams. This position will report to the Racing Louisville FC Academy Director.
