Successful candidates will be responsible for leadership, administration, and coaching of a college men's soccer team. Responsibilities will include recruiting quality student athletes, organizing and planning practices, implementing game strategies, scouting, coaching, scheduling, budgeting and planning team travel in compliance with university, the NAAC Conference, and NCAA rules and regulations. Strong recruiting, communication and organizational skills are all required and candidates must demonstrate a willingness to follow all policies in place by the university and athletic department. The position will have a second duty as assigned by the Director of athletics.
