The Fredericksburg Soccer Club Incorporated (FSCI), a youth soccer club based in Fredericksburg, Virginia, has an opening for a Technical Director.  FSCI offers a travel soccer program, recreation academy program, and training programs.  Technical Director:  1 Full-time position available.  The Technical Director will lead all education aspects for all programs in the club.  We are looking for an energetic person that enjoys working with youth. Essential Job Functions include but not limited to: Mentor coaches on issues of leadership, motivation, relationships, child development, and the mental aspect of the game. Develop and enhance the curriculum, learning objectives, periodization for all programs. Develop plans to
