The Twin Tiers Soccer Club Director of Coaching (DOC) will be a highly motivated, energetic, and proactive leader responsible for overseeing the development of players and teams across all programs. Alongside the Executive Director, the DOC will be responsible for developing club initiatives and growing membership.   On-Field Responsibilities:  Create a positive, supporting, and challenging learning environment Serve as Head Coach of 4 teams (two 7v7/9v9 + two 11v11 teams) Serve as Lead Coach of the Twin Tiers SC Training Program Implement the Twin Tiers Soccer Club Player Development Framework and Club Game Model Cover sessions of other teams as needed Maintain
