The Colby College Department of Athletics seeks a full-time head coach of women’s soccer. This is a faculty position with benefits. In the context of Colby’s commitment to comprehensive excellence, the head coach is responsible for the leadership, direction, instruction, supervision, and coaching of a women’s soccer program that can compete consistently at the top of the NESCAC and Division III. Highly qualified applicants have proven experience in recruiting, retaining and coaching diverse student athletes at the championship level. Qualified candidates also have experience in fundraising, alumni engagement, and a thorough understanding of the rules and regulations set forth by the NESCAC and NCAA.
