Position Description: The Director of Grassroots Soccer position at The St. James FC Virginia is a Part Time position that will report directly to the Director of Soccer/ Technical Director.  The Director of Grassroots Soccer will be responsible for all day to day soccer operations, program management, staff management and budget management across all Grassroots/ Recreational soccer locations.  The Director of Grassroots Soccer will be responsible for assisting in the curriculum development and implementation consistent with club standards as set by the Technical Director in support of all of our Grassroots coaches (paid and volunteer) The St. James FC Virginia Soccer currently has 8 locations where we offer Grassroots Soccer programs for players 2-15.  Ea
