RESPONSIBILITIES: •Plan and operate the Division ll intercollegiate Women’s Soccer program at Winona State University within the guidelines, policies, rules and regulations of the University, NCAA and NSIC. •Manage the Women’s Soccer program’s recruitment efforts including attendance at high school/club events, evaluation of prospective student-athletes, and generation of applications to the University. •Identify and facilitate academic support for the success of all student-athletes. •Retain and graduate successful student-athletes for the Women’s Soccer program. •Promote and support Winona State University and the Athletic Department’s program mission and goals. •Represent Winona State University and the Athletic Department in a positive manner wi
