conduct a minimum of 3x / week training in the late afternoons and evenings prepare for (including video analysis) and manage games on Saturdays and some Sundays regularly travel to out-of-state games and multi-day national events manage/support team scrimmages and off-season training/play attend regular staff meetings participate in 2x annual meetings with players and families complete monthly player evaluations assist and support other staff members in all areas of club and program operations and development communicate in a professional and timely manner with players, families, fellow coaches and staff maintain a safe and positive learning and playing environment for all players
