The Youth Academy Performance Coach will be responsible for leading the physical development of players for Louisville City FC/Racing Louisville FC Academy.  This role will report to the Academy Director while working closely with the Louisville City FC & Racing Louisville FC performance staff to develop a holistic long-term athletic development program focused on increasing on-field performance and reducing injuries.  This position will also have coaching responsibilities for at least one youth academy team and will require frequent work during weekends, nights, and some holidays as demanded by team schedules.     Essential Duties & Responsibilities:  Serve as the head coach for assigned team(s) in the club.
