Head Men's Soccer Coach
The Head Men’s Soccer Coach position is a full-time, 12-month appointment. The head coach is responsible for organizing and directing all operations of the UW-River Falls men’s soccer program. Head coach responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 30% Preparing student-athletes and teams for practice and competition 25% Recruiting and retaining qualified student-athletes 15% Organizing, directing, and supervising a staff of assistant coaches 10% Developing competitive schedules and coordinating team travel 5% Operating within allotted program budget, managing team purchases and organizing team fundraisers 5% Promoting the athletic program and attending Athletic Department staff meetings 5% Ensuring compliance with NCAA, conference
