Global Football Innovation Academy (GFI) is currently seeking an outstanding soccer coach to join our MLS NEXT team. The Head Coach will lead efforts to develop our MLS NEXT teams to ensure continued success both in terms of competitive results and in the development of the student-athletes under their care. The Head Coach should have a strong soccer background, particularly in leading high performance teams. The Head Coach will be responsible for executing the GFI Game Model at the highest level of competition, and in building on our existing Model and Methodology to ensure a consistent and coherent identity across GFI.
