Pride Soccer Club is seeking a Director of Coaching for the Girls program.  The Girls DOC will work within a team of 3 girls age group directors and as a part of the wider club staff.  The Director of Coaching will report directly to the Senior Girls Director and Technical Director of the club.  This position includes the oversight and management of coaches and competitive teams within specific age groups, including teams at the state, ECNL and ECNL-RL levels.  The role includes coaching teams and requires excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.  Staff members are encouraged to bring personality to the role and to show the drive and aptitude required to create a successful environment both on and off the field, within the scope of the club's core values.
