A 24-month position. Reports to the Head Men's Soccer Coach and assists in the administration of all phases of the men's soccer program in accordance with NCAA Division I rules and philosophies.

Assists the Head Men’s Soccer Coach in the administration of all aspects of the men's soccer program; identifies, evaluates, and recruits prospective student-athletes; assists in pre-, in-, and post-season training, practices and games; assists in all areas relating to the operation of the soccer program, including day-to-day administrative and operational responsibilities; assists with the development and maintenance of appropriate public relations, fund-raising and promotional activities as necessary; participates in the continued development and implementation of the Summer Camp Program; assists in coordination of practice and game preparation; motivates and inspires student-athletes to excel in the classroom and on the field; attends functions related to the soccer program; prepares reports; evaluates players.

The Graduate Assistantship will include the full cost of tuition for graduate school as well as an $8000.00 annual stipend. Additional income by way of club opportunities will be made available. Green Bay’s cost of living is 18% below the national average.

• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent computer and organizational skills
• Ability to support the mission and values as well as University goals for institutional diversity
• Must be able to demonstrate sport specific activities
• Must be able to occasionally lift 50 pounds
• Must be able to occasionally travel
