Head Women's Soccer Coach
The Head Women’s Soccer Coach is responsible for planning and administering all aspects of the women’s soccer program including but not limited to the following: 1.Providing appropriate training, discipline, and coaching for student-athletes that leads to a highly competitive women’s soccer program. 2.Recruiting and retaining qualified student-athletes in compliance with all University, NAIA, and Red River Athletic Conference regulations and policies. 3.Preparing a competitive schedule and coaching team during scheduled practices and competitions. 4.Maintaining the game and practice fields of the soccer complex. 5.Serving as a mentor to student-athletes helping them develop academically, physically, and socially. 6.Monitoring student-athletes in their academic performance to assure timely
