Frostburg State University Athletics Department is accepting applications for a full-time contractual exempt Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach position to begin in August 2023. The position will work primarily with Goal Keepers. The starting Annual Salary is $35,568, which is not negotiable.

FSU boasts 25 varsity sports (11 men/14 women) at the NCAA Division II level that compete in the Mountain East Conference and the East Coast Conference.
Responsibilities: Assist the Head Coach with coaching and supervision of the Women’s Soccer Team. Work directly with the goal keepers to train and develop skills specific to this position. Help monitor and advise student-athletes to ensure academic success. Assist in evaluation and recruitment of prospective student-athletes. Other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and one year of coaching or other related work experience. Previous competing experience at the collegiate level.
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree and/or two years of coaching experience.
