Arkansas Rising is seeking ECNL-RL Girl's Competitive coach who will work with Competitive Program Directors to plan and deliver at least 3 training sessions per week to assigned teams at the ECNL-RL  Level .  The coach must strive to provide the players with the necessary tools to develop technical and tactically. Essential Duties and Responsibilities To attend all of assigned teams scheduled games and tournaments. To upkeep continued communication and management of all aspects related to the successful running of assigned teams. Such as (but not limited to) finances, scheduling, player development, planning and preparation In a circumstance of conflict between teams, a Staff Coach is to schedule a covering coach or to reschedule. T
