AFC Lightning seeks a Director of Coaching for the Girls Program to serve as the visible leader of the select girls’ program (13U-19U). The Girls DOC is responsible for overseeing day-to-day girls program soccer operations and the accountability of the coaching staff. The Director of Coaching will report to the Executive Director and collaborate and work closely with the Boys DOC, Boys Academy Director, and Girls Academy Director to lead and direct coaching staff in all soccer programs. This position will have a significant role in driving and developing the long-term success of the club while also ensuring a strong club culture is maintained.  The Girls DOC is expected to coach a minimum of two teams in the Girls Academy League.
