The Executive Director will primarily oversee player development of the U9 through U19 competitive players and teams. The two main objectives required from this program: success on a local level and success with the larger Rush player and coach pathway. The Executive Director must also oversee all soccer related programs.
The Executive Director must be able to demonstrate business operations knowledge and execution. He/She must be able to articulate and communicate best practices and management leadership. The position requires an outgoing personality with the ability to work with volunteers. The Director must possess the desire to excel and strive to make the Rush Soccer Club the premier club in the Nation.
