I. Appointment The Head Women’s Soccer Coach/Coordinator of Sports Performance is appointed by the President on the recommendation of the Director of Athletics and Recreation. The primary responsibilities of the Head Women’s Soccer Coach/Coordinator of Sports Performance is to plan, organize, and coach the Women’s Soccer program; and, to direct and assist in the development of performance enhancement programs for designated sports (areas of performance enhancement include strength and conditioning, sports nutrition and mental health).
